Thad Clement

President & Owner

Thad is an Auburn native and has been providing HVAC service to the area since 2001.

In 2006, he decided to branch out and start his own company. He went to Germany and trained with a company to install Cryo Therapy Chambers here in United States. Over the years he installed and maintained these chambers for several NBA Teams and individual NBA player’s homes all over the US. He has also performed work on military bases and government buildings.

He chose the HVAC field because he likes working with his hands and providing an essential service to others. His favorite part of the job is “providing comfort to others.”

If you know him, it will come to no surprise that his coworkers describe him as kind, caring, hardworking, thoughtful, knowledgeable about the technical aspects of his trade, and resourceful at resolving issues while in the field.

In his spare time, he can be found spending time with his large extended family or traveling the world with his wife.

  • He served a 2-year church mission in West Virginia in the 90's and remains a dedicated volunteer at church.

Nathan Giguiere

General Manager

Nathan joined Sharpline Mechanical in 2018 with the goal of helping his life-long friend Thad to grow a prospering business.

But he is not new to hard work. Before joining us, he had a successful 25-year career in the telecommunications construction industry, and since 2018 he brought his experience to the HVAC field and has helped us establish policies and procedures that promote great service and the growth of our company.

Nathan is appreciated by his coworkers for being business-minded, focused, and goal-oriented. He is also known for being straightforward, energetic, cheerful, and a dedicated family man. As someone that enjoys working on his own home renovations, his best advice to our customers is to not cut corners because you get what you pay for. Nathan’s diverse and unique experiences make him an indispensable part of the team.

Matt Hentschel

Installation Technician

Matt Hentschel joined our team in 2021 as an Installation Technician. He describes our team as "the most fair, kind, and honest" people he has ever worked for.

He had been 12 years in the moving industry when he decided it was time for a change and went back to school. Matt chose the HVAC field because he found it to be a rewarding and exciting challenge. He completed the HVAC program at Intercoast College. He enjoys every aspect of the job, but his favorite part is building sheet metal transitions.

When not at work, he can be found riding his bike, playing disc golf, playing guitar or ukulele, or brewing beer. Matt is a gentle presence, easy going but also hard working and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Matt’s advice to customers is to invest in good preventative maintenance because it will increase the longevity of your HVAC equipment.

Andria Giguiere

Office Manager

Andria is our newest team member and our Office Manager. She has 12 years of front office experience. We are thrilled that our recent growth necessitates a manager of her caliber.

She has two Associate Degrees and is working on completing her Bachelor's degree through BYU-Idaho, within the next two years. She also has a Certificate in Office Administration.

Andria’s favorite part of the job is interacting with customers. She is proactive, solution oriented, and is a friendly presence for the customers. Andria enjoys reading, and playing the piano. This is what she has to say about the Sharpline Mechanical team: “They are kind, trustworthy, dependable, and able to make me laugh which I consider a huge asset.” Welcome aboard, Andria!

Lisa Moreland

Maintenance Coordinator

As a military kid, Lisa lived all over the country, finally settling in the beautiful Sierra Foothills. She worked in the nursing field for several years before spending a couple of decades raising a family. With all the craziness of 2020, Lisa decided the presidential election polls was a perfect place to start back into the workforce.

In her spare time, she can be found volunteering at her church or reading. Lisa’s role models are Samwise Gamgee and Dolly Parton, so it’s not surprising that her coworkers describe her as dedicated, courageous, and kind. She is also organized and thorough. Lisa’s favorite part of the job is supporting coworkers and customers. She is currently working on our growing Maintenance Department.

Donna Weaver

Accounting and Human Resources

Donna started her office experience young, by working in her dad’s office as a kid. She spent several years doing secretarial work at Placer County Office-Education, before taking a break to raise a family.

Donna and Thad are siblings. She is so proud of the company Thad has built, his hard work and dedication, and has spent years cheerleading him through ups and downs. She eventually started working with him in 2015. Her favorite part of the job is tapping into her creative side to make forms and spreadsheets.

  • Enjoys reading, hiking, and working on DIY home projects.
  • Outside of the office, Donna can be found spending time with her family and volunteering at her church.

Matthew Althouse

Residential Installation Team Lead

Matt is a great addition to our install department. He is reliable, knowledgeable, and works really well in a team environment.

Matt worked in install for 2 years and and prior to HVAC did deliveries for various companies' personal training. Matt was active duty army for 3 1/2 years.

Work experience: I have worked for one other HVAC company doing installation at environmental heating and air solutions. Professional accomplishments would probably be learning everything to become a second within 5-6 months and starting lead training within the first year of working in HVAC.

What you enjoy about your install team members: my lead Nick is an all around good dude who wants to help and teach those under them and is a pretty solid teacher, Matt H is always willing to do what needs to be done and has a positive attitude even in bad conditions which is frequent with this job field.

Josh Lee Pagniello

Lead Plumber

He started in the field in 2017. He grew up in Sacramento and has been there his whole life. His role models are his father and grandfather. He chose the HVAC field because he loves helping people and the feeling of completing something with his own hands.

 His favorite part of the job is going out every day with his hands and knowledge to complete the job and fulfil customer's requirements.

He is a go-getter and always has a great attitude.

Matthew Baker

HVAC Service Technician

He has been working in this field since 2015. His role models are his parents, who have worked extremely hard to make sure his family lives a blessed life. He chose this field because he likes to solve problems with his hands. 

His favorite part of the job is the challenges that he faces in the field and the greatness that he feels after accomplishing the challenges.

His professional goal is to continue increasing his knowledge in the HVAC field and help Sharpline Mechanical continue to grow. He advises our customers to ask questions to the technicians if they feel they need help understanding what's being done.

Interesting fact about him is he actually used to help manage and operate a fine dining kitchen as the sous chef before getting into HVAC.

Kristopher Poulos

HVAC Installs

He has been working in this field since 2019. He started at another company and worked there for close to 2 and a half years before he left to join Sharpline because of their family-oriented work life, and after that, he hasn’t looked back since.

   He started working under Matt A. and quickly saw his "put the customer first, then get the job done right" attitude, which he admired.

He has nothing but good things to say about Hentschel. Hentschel is just always happy and positive. Throughout his career in HVAC, he has never had the chance to work for such a great group of people, from management to the installers. He enjoys every second of it.

Jessica Gogas

HVAC Installer

Jessica is relatively new to the HVAC field, but she brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles. Before embarking on her HVAC career, Jessica worked in property management for seven years and then served as a practice assistant in the corporate law field for several years.

She deeply appreciates the caring and positive attitudes of her coworkers and takes pleasure in expanding her knowledge and working with her fantastic team. Her son and terrier are her whole world, and she adores spending time with her sister, niece, nephews, and other family members.

Jessica was born in Stockton, CA and spent much of her life there. At the age of 12, her family relocated to Reno, NV, where she lived until she was 17 before returning to Stockton. For the past decade, Jessica has lived in various parts of the Bay Area but eventually settled down in Auburn, CA, at the beginning of 2022.
